From a grassroots technician to the head of overseas technical services

Luo Xianggui started his career as a grassroots technical position at Angel Baking. When he first joined the company, he devoted himself to the basic learning and practice of baking technology, and actively participated in technical support for domestic customers. “At that time, I stayed in the baking room every day to conduct repeated experiments and continuously optimize the recipes and processes.”

With the expansion of the company’s overseas business, Luo Xianggui ushered in a major turning point in his life. With solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience, he was given the opportunity to serve in overseas markets. From initially assisting in handling simple technical issues to later independently taking charge of technical services and market development in multiple overseas regions, every step Luo Xianggui took was firm and powerful.

Professional challenges in overseas markets

During his overseas service, Luo Xianggui faced many challenges. The high temperature and high humidity climate in some African countries places extremely high demands on raw material storage and production processes. The differences in food taste and appearance in different countries also bring him tremendous pressure. “In Africa, we adjusted the storage method of raw materials and optimized the fermentation process parameters according to the local climate conditions, successfully solving the problems of raw material deterioration and low production efficiency.” Luo Xianggui said proudly, “At the same time, we also deeply understood the local cultural customs and dietary preferences, and localized the products and technical solutions, which won wide acclaim from customers.”

Market positioning and service upgrade

In terms of market and customer strategies, Luo Xianggui believes that overseas markets should establish their brand image with high-quality products and innovative technologies. “Our core competitiveness lies in our rich product variety and stable quality,” Luo Xianggui stressed. “At the same time, we have a strong R&D team and advanced R&D facilities, which enable us to continuously innovate technology and meet the changing needs of the market.”
