On May 23, 2025, the Angel team, in partnership with their Vietnamese distributor, ACC, organized a successful seminar on yeast protein in Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted over 100 attendees from more than 60 companies, with a key focus on demonstrating the versatility and wide-ranging applications of yeast protein across various industries, including baking, protein powders, beverages, and meat alternatives.
